What will I receive for my subscription fee?

Meet Hugo provides weekly opportunities and sales intel matching your desired criteria. With your own account, you are able to locate all opportunities, amend search criteria and provide feedback on opportunities you receive. Our Account Management team will also work closely with you to help tailor our service to best meet your needs.  

Do you offer a free trial?

We do not provide a trial, as we’ve found that by working closely with businesses in the initial month of using the platform, they’ve seen greater success.

That gives you and our team enough time to establish a good feedback loop with us to help us improve the service over time, by knowing the kind of opportunities that suit you best.

Can I change my locations later?

Upon signup, you’ll select a region such as North America. Once you select a region, you’re able to split by geography using our checkboxes in the Search Criteria section of the platform at any time.

If you work in a very specific location, you can also add that in the Notes for Our Researchers section. This may reduce the total number of opportunities you’re likely to receive each week to maintain an accurate level of service. Our sales team can advise on this beforehand if required.

Can I cancel at any time?

You can cancel your account at any time and will only be billed for your existing subscription period. Cancelling mid-subscription period will still ensure you will; be provided with the Meet Hugo service until the day your subscription expires.

We do not provide refunds for the service. Based upon our commitment to understanding your business and working closely with you, we are extremely confident of delivering a service you’ll be satisfied with. We have a number of feedback loops, which help us to understand when we need to adjust the service we provide to you for continuous improvement.
