Remote Translation Services for Government

A government department in the north east of the US is searching for a translation company that can provide remote translation and interpretation services. This will involve: 

Document translation in Spanish, Italian, French, German, Portuguese, Albanian, Bulgarian, Serbo-Croatian, (Bosnian, Serbian and Croatian), Czech, Dutch, Finnish, Greek, Hebrew, Hungarian, Polish, Russian, Romanian, Arabic, Farsi, Japanese, Nepali, Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese), Korean, Vietnamese, Turkish, Karen, Akan, Amharic, Tigrinya, Swahili, Somali, Twi, Kirundi, Hmong, Tagalog, Burmese, and other less frequently requested languages.

Remote interpretation involving on-demand service 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days a year. Essential languages include: Arabic, Bosnian, Burmese, Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese) French, Karen, Kirundi, Maay Maay, Nepali, Russian, Somali, Spanish, Swahili, Vietnamese and Romanian. Interpretation must be conducted via video or audio.

Telephonic interpretation involving on-demand service 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days a year. The chosen candidate must be able to provide service for 911 emergency operations in the following essential languages: Arabic, Bosnian, Burmese, Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese) French, Karen, Kirundi, Maay Maay, Nepali, Russian, Somali, Spanish, Swahili, Vietnamese and Romanian.

The contract term will be for two years.
